Matthew and Elizabeth Truss, the MP for South West Norfolk with local business leaders who support the scheme to dual the A11 stand by the final single carriageway.

Matthew and Elizabeth have both been campaigning hard to get this last section of road dualled due to its economic importance to the whole region as well as the clear

danger it presents to motorists.

Matthew has already written a letter to Philip Hammond the Secretary of State for Transport to push the case for the scheme and had it signed by 8 other MPs in the region.

He has had meetings with senior civil servants in the Department for Transport to discuss how best to push the scheme and is working tirelessly to ensure that the scheme

is at the top and stays at the top of the list of infrastructure projects for the East of England.
