Matt Hancock MP seeks nominations for best curry house in West Suffolk for the Tiffin Cup 2017

MPs have, for the 12th year running, been asked to nominate a restaurant in their constituency as the best curry house in the UK in this prestigious competition.

The Tiffin Cup is awarded every year by the Tiffin Club of MPs, formed in 2006. The aim is not only to showcase the quality of South Asian food in Britain but also to raise much needed money for charity. This year the competition is in aid of the international childrens’ charity ‘World Vision’.

The Grand Final of the Tiffin Cup 2017 will be held in the House of Commons this summer.

“The Tiffin Cup is a fantastic competition that highlights the superb quality and diverse range of South Asian food and restaurants and that we are so lucky to have in our country.  I would encourage residents to send me their nominations for their favourite curry house in West Suffolk to matthew.hancock.mp@parliament.uk by the 4th April. Get voting –  with such a great selection of excellent curry houses in the area to choose from,  I’m hoping to bring the Tiffin Cup to West Suffolk this year.”
